The "critics" have to say that, because they worship women. The idea that a man doesn't worship women really freaks people out.

Why? Because they think women are magical. That they must always be pursued. It's their little cult fetish. They objectify women, but not in a good way.

Women see lack of a possible revenue stream, and men who worship women have their entire world being thrown in disarray so they have to psychologically protect themselves by lashing out and lying.

It's no different than if you stand up in church, say you're an atheist, and God's a joke and meaningless in the current era. The priests (women) will freak out because less money is coming in, and the congregation of worshippers (men) will freak out because they've blindly believed in God all this time, wasting time and money on it.

So they say you hate, or you don't get God, or you're angry at God, or you just want to sin without morals, because they have to protect their little world that they've always believed in. They cannot possibly be wrong, so you must be wrong. Therefore, under religion, you are "bad".

MGTOW is not really different than athiesm to a particular religion. MGTOW does not worship women. People that do, hate MGTOW, the preachers and priests hate MGTOW because it's their job to make the worshippers believe that whatever God says is perfect and divine truth, and here's a list of rules to follow.

I've had dozens of lovers. Still don't see any value above that. Fun and sex. And certainly not ever putting one in a position to even go through the change in my car console, much less my finances or net worth. Now I don't even see that value. It was fun, and now it's done. I might take a lover again one day for a few months, but really, the juice has rarely been worth the squeeze.

No marriage, no cohabitation, no pregnancies without my express written permission. She is spayed and powerless when I date her. And that's it.

I don't have to have ever been married to know it's retarded. I don't have to go cave diving to know the risks of doing so are extremely high and my risk tolerance doesn't go that high and avoid it.

Can you be MGTOW and not have dated anyone? Sure, why not? Not everyone has to experience something to not like it or be interested. I've never stuck my hand in a fire, but I've seen videos of people on fire and they don't look particular happy about it.

It's possible to focus on you, and not focus on some woman or marriage or a dog or anything else. Women aren't anything special or magical, so having a relationship or sex with a woman, or not, is meaningless. Owning a dog isn't for me either. Doesn't mean I don't understand the concept, it's just meaningless to own a dog to me. Doesn't mean I have to own one to know that it needs constant attention, and feeding, and walks, and stick throwing, and cuddling and all that. It's just not necessary in my life.

Dogs provide me no value, women provide me no value.

So I disagree with that part. Now, if they're only MGTOW while still desperate chasing unicorns and women, that's not a MGTOW, that's just an incel or a trad con. They chase, but cannot catch. Usually because they're short and ugly, but there's a wide variety of reasons. They just don't appeal to women.

Can you be that while also loving yourself and not giving a shit about being in a relationship? Absolutely.

Let's use the scientific method: hypothesis, experimentation, observation.

We have divorce data to observe. 52% divorce rate. We have 'filing for divorce' data. 80% of divorces are filed by women. We have custody data. Women win 90% of custody battles. We have divorce settlement data. The divorce industry is a 52 billion dollar per year industry.

We have comments from mgtow guys as a type of 'survey' data.

Now we can hypothesize: Do the mgtow comments seem to match the data? Or should we do our own experiments? What kind of experiments would we do? Get married? Watch our friends get married over the years? Ask our close friends and relatives? Date women casually?

The anecdotal evidence seems to match the statistics. Relationships are a losing game for both sexes, and more so financially for the man. If you intend to argue that mgtow are all unmarried virgins, or THEY are the problem, and the women they've met have all been great, then you're raising your own objection: there's a whole lot of guys who apparently can't make women happy, even after marrying them and spending all of their money, so you and I are very likely to 'fail' in the same way that they did. Internet comments aren't exactly proof of anything, but the statistics on divorce, combined with your own research into older men in your life will probably suggest the same findings.

I frequent mgtow rather than mgtow2 and can assure you the very very vast majority of us have cohabited , got engaged or married and been shit on - some of us multiple times. Its not because we cant get women - its because we have and its truly not worth it for a tingle every time she decides.

Neither. I have predominantly female friends and can get laid whenever I want with a call. Aside from that I'm also married so I have another reason to avoid women. And no, they don't give a fuck that I'm married, some even say they want me MORE because I'm married. I've been with my wife for nearly a decade since she was 18-19 so a big part of why I'm with her is because she gave me her best years and didn't hoe around.

I got married at 26 and discovered MGTOW at 28. But I made a commitment to my wife and I will honor my commitment as long as it permits and is feasible. I can't just drop her because I discovered MGTOW. In currently in a very rare position. I've always believed in MGTOW at the center of my heart but I was doing what my family and society told me to do because I was young (go to school, get a job, settle down, have kids. You know... very cookie-cutter, boring, repetitive, non-exciting like everyone else). If I had discovered MGTOW earlier I would probably be single.

Also if I were single now, I would be 100% MGTOW. I will still hang out with and have fun with my friends but I cannot name ONE that is worth settling for. I have a close friend that is the same way. He gets hit on and gets sexual offers ALL the time but cannot find one girlfriend. Why? Because he want's a good quality wife material girl. Most of the girls hoed around too much or is too promiscuous for him. They also cannot cook nor clean and don't take good care of themselves.

Finally. I'm stating facts between me and my friend. It's just how things are and it's not good nor bad, positive or negative. Rather, it's the reality of what we're dealing with. It could also just be the circle of friends we hang out with but I doubt it. For over 15 years I've had predominantly female friends so I've learned a lot from them.

I've had sex with a lot of women in my lifetime (I'm quite old). Regrettably, I was a slut for many years.

But that should have zero bearing on comments I've made about women.

I paint with a broad brush, labeling women as petty, vindictive, vapid, self-absorbed, and unprincipled. There's no need to trust my claims. Evidence is everywhere, much of it presented by men who continue to pursue women (i.e. non-MGTOW).

I don't advocate MGTOW for every man. After all, there's no way I can know what a particular man is willing to sacrifice for the company of a woman. The only thing I can know is that any man willing to pursue a woman is willing to sacrifice more than I.

I have had enough women who have driven me to the point of insanity that I really don't need it. There was one thing I always told my ex's that I valued more than time itself.

They broke that so, well here I am. I seriously don't think the media, SJWs, feminists get it, and maybe I'm a minority here with regards to this, but once you break my trust, anything and everything that you ment to me, yeah it's gone. That's the one thing I don't think the media gets when they talk about the MGTOW philosophy, these guys have had everything destroyed, AND had the trust broken to a point where it is BETTER and EASIER to be single and alone then with someone, and trust me I ALWAYS felt alone with the girls I was dating. I don't often disagree with a post but I believe yours is in part wrong. My reason is that I think fundamentally you are missing a core concepts of the go your own way philosophy [you are welcome to call out my shit if you disagree, afterall this is a discussion :) ]

The reason I believe you are wrong is because:

the go your own way philosophy is a means of perceiving life through the way you truly believe you should be living and NOT an assumed life based on social narrative (a dogmatic life living the mundane just cause you are sold the idea and did not develop it)
this implies that you and only you decide what is the greatest amount of pleasure, rewards, benefits, etc in your life. Afterall who better than yourself to decide what entails a happy life. Also no two people will find the exact same meaning in life or happiness from the same thing to the exact same degree.
my problem with the way you described your post is that it relies on the narrative that one must inherently have been burned or gone after female validation to be allowed an opinion on the round table of MGTOW. How so? Is my question. If you are an individual that observed around you and said that marriage, dating and all the facade of society isn't worth it, went and did a bit of research and learnt from the failures and experiences of others rather than falling for the same trap how is that not MGTOW or am I considered an incels by default even though I have no desire to pursue a relationship (I am voluntarily celibate)? I understand that many find this place after having had enough.
ie if you see someone burn themselves on a hot stove and scream in agony, would you proceed to lay your hand on said stove or would you ask questions?
lastly what entails going your own? Cause I think this where many men fail in MGTOW. They define their ability to go their own as freedom from women which means their ability to go their own is STILL defined by women (instead of chasing them their only redeeming argument is that they are not chasing them). What's the point of that freedom if you do nothing with it? (Just look at the original MGTOW sub - it's nothing but posts about women, that's not freedom, that is enslavement to rage). This is why MGTOW 2 sets itself apart. People are sharing goals, working towards and achieving. They are enjoying life to the fullest. Exploring other facets of life and self reflecting and actualizing.

Now before you go running of thinking I am an incels (if you do I quite frankly don't care either way). I've been through the hook up culture/nightclub life, had 1 serious relationship in my, so my inexperience with women compared to the vast majority is novice level at best. But again so what? I took a step back and asked myself what I want and decided the path laid before looked like well decorated shit.

TL;DR: an individual can either learn by making mistakes and growing or learn through the mistakes of others and avoiding them.

My opinion is that MGTOW has absolutely nothing to do with women and everything to do with how society sees you as a man and what it expects from you. So much so that it's willing to put laws in place that comprise unequal rights and protections under the law for men in certain areas.

Ability to date women is a non fact. That said, MGTOW is absolutely about making smart choices in relation to women in order to mitigate risk from society (i.e. never marry, never live with a woman and take care of them, or their kids).

There are many MGTOW that have ongoing, loving, intimate relations with women, and others that are monk. MGTOW philosophy/lifestyle is completely independent of women, IMO.

Agreed, I meet the eligibility to be classified as mgtow but in reality I'm a natural bachelor. Women have never been the top of my list, my ancestors always had callings to higher things.

Men who've been financially and emotionally damaged by the current legal system are mgtow but they're not natural bachelors, they'll on the whole retain resentment or fall back into the blue pill lifestyle. Incel types while also mgtow aren't natural bachelors because they didn't make the decision. Gay men aren't mgtow or bachelors because they aren't innately heterosexual so therefore not within either group.

Because of my innate predisposition towards bachelorhood it has freed up all my time. From an early age I've thought of goals and achieved them. I've always know that I must apply infinite thought to overcome limited resources. Getting a winning mindset requires actually reconfiguring the neural pathways in your mind, it takes well over a decade to achieve that.

I'd say to any younger bachelor type guy, stand back and analyse everyone of merit to you. Then start working towards those same attributes. When ordinary people gravitate towards you then you'll achieve more because they will help you to higher goals.
