Curious to see if celibacy figures into any of your paths. If so, how does it fit in and to what effect does it better allow you to go your own way?

I currently practice semen retention. After seeing the benefits and way of life without porn or masturbation, I know I can never go back to that but now I’m wondering about full-blown celibacy as a next step.

(I know there’s a celibacy subreddit but it’s dog shit)
