The society want to have something on you, something they can hold over your head. That's why the whole one woman one man stuff started - to make sure men stayed rooted. They want you spend with credit cards. Take loans, be in debt. If you can't pay they know you're not going anywhere, your family is here. But if you have no debt, no wife, no child, they have no hold over you. They can't shame you by saying what would your wife say, don't you want to buy your wife something special- work like a slave and then I will give you a bonus maybe.
