Nope. For me, life has no purpose.

If you find happiness in making other’s lives easier, then by all means do that.

As long as you do it knowing it will cost you , and won’t get anything in return.

How that financial independence is not good enough for you? Too easy? P.S. I've had two goals in my life: financial independence and "make someone happy, mind your own business." Happy to report that both of them have been successfully achieved...

Outside of rigorous self development and business:

I’m moving from party town Southern California back to the Midwest to take care of my old man. He’s old and lonely and his daughters don’t talk to him. We get along well and it’s the only meaningful relationship i have. He volunteers a lot and gives food to a bunch of poor people and prays with them so maybe I’ll help out there too.

I met an old guy in his 80s who taught Italian workshops in his home once and he seemed very fulfilled doing that.

This reads like a word salad spewed by gender studies zombies. "..equity in education across rural suburban divides.." Seriously WTF?

Of course one should always strive to write clearly and concisely in order to get one's thoughts across, but it should not be done in such a way that it requires several re-readings in order to figure out what you are trying to say.

To think that simply because you're MGTOW (you've decided not to do the traditional family role playing) why does that mean that you then need to find another outlet in order to 'do good' or 'support a cause' in order to "find a purpose" is a bit strange in my mind.

Because you choose not to get married you now feel that your life has "no purpose"?
Personally I would examine the reasons for you thinking that before anything else.

God is the ultimate purpose. Though you first have to be convinced that He exists. Then you have a purpose to do His will, which may or may not include a woman. In any way it's very unlike conventional purposes such as hobby or seeking adventure or even pleasure which are no really fullfullable totally and are kinda substitute goals. The more abstract the goal and of a higher value, the more meaning it provides you in your life - Jordan Peterson explains this well. Of course God is the ultimate goal.
