So a few months ago I said I had spent most of my 19 to 23 partying and chasing girls. I said I wanted to change things in my life. Here is a little update on how things are going.

I turned 24 in September.

I started studying access to computer science to gain entrance to university about 6 months ago. The course is going well and I am about halfway through to finishing. Through school I never really cultivated the ability to concentrate, doing this course has really helped me realise that things can start progressing if you just sit down and focus.

I am currently on my way to shredding down my body fat through the use of macros and weight training 4 times a week. I hired a really good strength and conditioning coach who really knows his stuff. I am very slowly getting rid of the puppy fat I never got rid of over the years.

I have stayed strong with my deletion of social media. I find I have much greater peace of mind as well as greater focus and concentration on things that actually matter. I try and put all my free time into my course and a few projects I am currently working on for fun. I still talk to my loyal and true friends on WhatsApp.

I had a really bad wisdom tooth problem and had it removed and have so much more energy than I did before. I haven't felt this level of energy for a few years.

I have a really good schedule with my sleep pattern and I try and block times of my day to get certain activities done. Although it does not always go exactly to plan I try and stick to it every day.

I am trying to emulate stoic thinking and behaviour. I re-read mediations every once in a while to remind me of how I should try and live. I am human so it is hard to be stoic about everything but I do try each day.

I think we should all share our own small victories to motivate each other to keep pushing forward. I am interested in hearing your personal victories or progress.
