I work in IT. The highest paid team members are the men who willingly work extra hours and weekends. I say men because except for a rare few, women are out the door right at 4:59 PM unless you explicitly order them to stay late in advance. Server goes down at 4:30 PM? "Sorry, I got plans, see ya tomorrow!"

Because they don't want to put in the effort, they want the job title and the paycheck. It's not about equality of effort, it's about equality of outcome.

They need it to be true so they can continue on with their ideological way of thinking. God forbid they are wrong and need to challenge/change/question everything they have ever been told, and everything they currently think. Finding out you have been wrong about something you believed in so badly, hurts. As MGTOW men, we know how this feels. Its much easier to "just believe" than it is to engage in the serious level of self reflection needed to get to the truth.

The wage gap hasn’t been disproven per se. It’s true that the whole 78 cents thing isn’t taking into account differences in job choice, hours, etc, but even taking into account those factors, there’s still a 5-10% gap that many scholars believe is caused by discrimination.

There is no pay gap. Chicks just hate to compete with men AND women for a decent pay but they have to so they resort to moaning and whining like they are used to, being told they're princesses no matter what all their life.

The annoying thing is that colleges keep teaching it from that one dimensional perspective not taking into account the reasons that the gap exists are not out of sexism but stem from significant work ethic differences in men and women as well as the general careers and life path differences between the sexes. I learned it the wrong way in high school and in college both, it's as if I should have just used the internet to learn all along....

MEN: Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Bernard Arnault all of them CREATED something

WOMEN: Alice Walton, Maria Franca Fissolo, Jacqueline Mars all of them INHERITED the money

They wages are bad for both genders bc among many other causes women entering the work market duplicated the workforce therefore wages went south BUT one way to fix it is to create more wealth and companies but women are not doing that, they don't create just take from men, that's why they need to keep the bs about wage gap to avoid the fact they are not creating wealth.

I like to play devil's advocate because I dislike blanket assertions.

Where has the wage gap been proven NOT to exist? Plenty of data around that it, in fact, does exist.
