Who cares if you repeat yourself? Variety is about changing things up and one way to do this is to change to more emotional content (if you were more quite and stoic before) or vice-versa. You can introduce emotional variety by repetition.

You can just plain dirty talk (I love the feel of my dick deep inside you, I love how your mouth feels on my dick) without going all "slutty whore".
