tl;dr: I have sexual dysfunction. Wife is deeply dissatisfied with our sex life. Don't know where to go from here.

I've improved my sexual function a bit, but it's nowhere near "normal". My libido is just lower than hers, I cum way too quickly, and there are other issues too.

It's true, I haven't tried medication. I'm weary of drugs in general, and SSRI's have some bad side effects. Not sure whether I should. I've done a lot for our marriage, major beta bux and all. Now I have to take psychoactive drugs just to keep her happy?! I am not even sure how well it will work or if it will be enough to satisfy her. Or why I should even do things to satisfy her -- what about doing what I want or need?

Our marriage has issues, not just this sex issue. In theory, I agree with MRP, I think it can help. The major basis of MRP seems to be sex, which would lead to the wife falling in line. Well, what happens if I just physically can't do that? Over at /r/DeadBedrooms , half the relationships have the man with the low libido. It happens. Does MRP have anything to say to these men?

If we didn't have kids, both of us would have initiated divorce already. Her because of this. Me because of -- don't even know, too tired to think. There just doesn't seem to be much for me in the marriage.

But we do have kids. It still might come down to divorce. I just want to make sure that I give this marriage the best shot possible. Once I do, whatever happens, that's what happens.

Any advice?
