If you’re scared for your safety, please call the police. Be persistent with them and make sure you’re documenting everything that’s happening to you. You can reach out to thehotline.org. Text START to 88788. There’s a site specifically addressing male DV, so hopefully they will have some man-specific resources. If you’re being followed, drive to the nearest police station or very public place. Whatever you do, do not place your hands on her unless you’re in imminent fear of your physical safety and then only act proportionally to stop the threat. Do not let her into your home and never be alone with her. If you’re a US veteran, call the veterans hotline. Also, take pictures of any visible wounds and go to the hospital so there’s a record of it. Something that women do is to instruct their place of work to use an alias them. Only people you trust should have the alias. For example, I had a stylist once whose name in the schedule changed so her stalker wouldn’t know when she was there.
