Hey fellas, earlier this week I found out on of my buddies decided to take his own life. Im okay, and not the one in need. But I want to use this as a reminder that we all would rather listen to your story and help you navigate your situation, than get that phone call.

This is an amazing sub where men can be open and talk about whats going on in their lifes that may be tough. I challenge everyone thats able and willing to genuinly ask some buddies how they are doing and get deep about. "what are some struggles your facing rn" "are you holding anything inside you want to talk about?" questions like this can honestly save a life.
