I'm sure most of us heard about this case that happened last year.

An Indian man (I'll use his initials MP) was falsely accused by Caroline Miller of kidnapping her child when the surveillance video showed no such thing happened. She then lied to the police which led to his arrest and indictment. He spent 47 days in jail before a bond was finally granted. The charges were eventually dismissed.

Most of the public anger has been directed at Caroline Miller, and rightfully so. However, I haven't seen much detailed information being published on the other parties that helped contribute to this debacle. Mainly, the two 'detectives' on the case (James Evan Wallace and Temperance Stoddard) and the Cobb County DA (Sonya F. Allen). The city of Acworth, GA is also included in the lawsuit.

Their job was to investigate the facts and detect the bullshit lies from Caroline Miller. They did just the opposite. They enabled her to falsely accuse an innocent man, and attempted to rob him of his freedom. They conspired to cage a human being.

Being employed by the state or city is no excuse for this type of behavior. I hear them say 'we were just doing our job' all the time. The fact is, it is much worse when someone that we the people entrust with power end up abusing that trust. It is terrifying and frustrating to the core that officials who take our money can do terroristic acts and then hide behind immunity. They hardly ever face any accountability.

The media is on the side of the government and will always protect their own. There should be national outrage over these corrupt evil bureaucrats. But I hardly see any mention of them at all.

The least we can do as an online community is to maintain visibility and awareness. Please read the article and remember their faces. I encourage you to organize and raise your voices. Never let them or the public forget what they did. Remember: one woman's lie had MP arrested and his mugshot on TV. If they can shame MP with lies, we can shame them with the truth
