Your only option is a lawyer. Get a good one. Remember that if you give an inch, she will take a yard. Spending a few thousand dollars right now on a good lawyer might save you tens of thousands in child support down the road.

Your option is a lawyer. I don't know where you are, so my information here may well be useless, however: You will have to end up going to court to get your paternity recognized, and this will probably end up with either you or your daughter's mom paying the parent who ends up with custody child support. How everything works out is fairly dependent on your location, hence the need for a lawyer.

With that in mind, your plan should be to start logging every interaction between you and your ex. Every conversation, every attempt you make to see your daughter - and you should be making them regularly and reasonably. If you're not in a two-party state, you can record the conversations. Take video of your daughter while you play with her. Stay involved. Become a careful record-keeper and when you are with your ex or your daughter, you focus should be on your daughter. No matter where you are, being focused on your daughter over your ex and having extensive records will be more than not.
