TLDR a new kid tied me up willingly, started going weirdly too far and began to spank me, a lot of my friends saw, my girlfriend thinks its funny and makes fun of me for it and I don't know how to tell her that it really fucking pisses me off.

I am on my span account, all of my friends know my real one. Ok let's start off, I am 15, have a pretty great girlfriend, and recently had an unwanted homosexual encounter. I am not bi, but I don't think my preference really makes a difference. I am in Boy Scouts, and I love it. There are the asshats and such but it's not nearly a large enough problem to give up hiking, biking, canoeing, and camping in the wilderness nearly every month. There's a tradition almost of being bored at camps and seeing who can tie their friend up better, so it takes longer to get out. It started when we were much younger and in a pre sexual way and is a great way to practice knots. It kind of died down after maybe 13-14 but is still a thing occasionally. I let a new kid fresh from England try, after he asked. He had a big ego and bragged about everything including knots. It was about 7:30, we had finished dinner, most kids were in their part of the AMC hut we were staying at, and the adults were in theirs. It was me, my friend and the British kid while he was tying my hands outside, where it was about 45 degrees and getting dark. I could feel the looseness and poor disorganized construction of the knot, and when my friend asked if it was ok for him to go I was ok with it, and the kid continued to work at his knot. Just a few minutes later the kid asks if he can tie my legs too, I, bored say sure. He takes out duct tape and wraps it around my legs, meanwhile I tell him that's not really the point and he says I know, it's just for fun and duct tapes my mouth with a price of tape that goes all of the way around, and another covering my eyes. I immediately try to squirm away and out of the knot as I am 100% not ok with this. I still tried to be quiet, I wanted as few people to see me like this as possible. He covered his prior knot in duct tape. He was laughing and I fell onto my front and he spanked/punched me hard in the butt. After a few seconds he did it repetitively. I am wrestling out of the wrist bondage and I hear a crack in the woods. "Dude what the fuck" my friend from earlier says. Apparently it's him and three other scouts all around the same age, and I am promptly freed. God I was embarrassed, but even my homophobic friend realized I was pretty injured from it and it was not mentioned. No adults were told and the kid is planning on quoting he tells us, and to relax because it was a joke. Here's the men's rights part. I told my girlfriend who is usually pretty understanding in respectful, and she said lol don't turn gay on me, says how embarrassing that it was and how scouts could not be any gayer. What to do reddit? Breaking up is not a reasonable option, we have been in love for over a year, almost no arguments, we have a relatively normal but serious teen relationship (everything except any form of sex) and now I am pretty offended but i don't know how to tell her this.
