Titles must describe the content so that:

I have helped and cleaned with my mom but that was when I was a child. As an adult I have always lived in another city so when I arrived at Thanksgiving, all set up is done.

In my family, everyone contributed in some way. The men were, mainly in charge of the meats (especially anything grilled), women handled veggies, sides, and deserts. Everyone set up and cleaned, kids included.
