People start to realize men can be victims of domestic violence and even rape. Not as serious as needed, but imho it's not a thoroughly laughable matter any more. I agree, it's not much, but it's important.

I've been going through some older vids from the humble beginnings of the manosphere lately...

/r/MaleIssuesProgress does a reasonable job at keeping score.

I'd say progress has been made. Many more people are now aware of Men's Issues to begin with which was and sadly remains the most important Men's Issue:

red pill terminology is pretty much the lingua franca of discussing dating
more & more articles in more & more publications that are factual and even empathic at times
just started this year, but more and more 'woke' movies & programs get the boot

Aside from that many small steps have been taken:

a notable shift in psychology away from APA Guideline feminism
The reform of Title IX by Betsy DeVos
the 'involved fathers' bill in Florida
JD/AH trail breaking new groud on discussing DV/IPV

I definitely forgot many other worthwhile points and overly focussed on the US, but I'd say progress is being made albeit at speeds that make 'watching paint dry' an action thriller in comparison.

I have also been watching Stardusk for many years, and have found many of his observations to be insightful and valuable.

In many ways, the situation facing men in western countries has become clearly worse. We see open misandry in our entertainment and media, biased laws, and government policies that ignore the struggles of men and boys.

However, I’ve also seen some tangible signs of a rebalancing. There are far more pro-male content creators online (YouTube, Instagram, even TikTok) than there were 10 years ago. The infamous Gillette ad provoked a pro-masculine response from Egard watches. Many organizations (such as ours) have been founded, and events organized to raise awareness. There is research ongoing into male physical and mental health.

Some tangible progress has also been seen in local laws. Kentucky passed an equal shared parenting law, and Georgia passed a law that removes child support obligations from men who are victims of paternity fraud.

It’s a difficult challenge, but if we remain resigned to defeat then the situation will surely not improve. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and I’ve seen things get done when groups of people coordinate their efforts.
