Who did this war crime? Men did this war crime. Doesn't make any difference what country, what culture, what race or nationality. This is an example of the nature of man. This is a what man has done in the past and continues doing, even now, over and over again. This is not "sex", rather it is "violence". Violence is a continuum. Women do not stop this. Other men can stop this and prevent it. But they don't. They choose to either ignore it or believe the crime survivors must have done something to deserve this kind of inhumane maltreatment in some lifetime and therefore are merely paying some karmic price. I think those who do nothing to stop this inhumane treatment pay a heavy karmic price. The spirit is neither male nor female. Yet male inadequacies and insecurities have been catered to and favored in this world for centuries supposedly because male is physically stronger than females. That is an excuse, not a reason for this kind of violence.

Japan has a laundry list of things they would rather not talk about or admit including the Nanking Massacre and unit 731 both of which affected innocent men and women. Jingoism and racism are Japan's major problems not an irrational hatred of women.
