Titles must describe the content so that:

Users who are searching for specific material can easily find the post they are looking for

Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

The local tobacco shop has a smoking lounge that is kind of a safe space for men. Women show up there but they're usually respectable and don't mind watching sports or listening to guy talk.
