Child whose mother drank excessively while pregnant will not win pay-out - Telegraph

The article linked to proves that a woman cannot be held accountable for damaging the most vulnerable of all, the unborn child.

To clarify my position, I am strongly pro-choice, but I believe if a child is carried to term with the mother knowingly using substances that will damage the child then this is grevious bodily harm of a child, plain and simple.
