My ex and I are both seeking full custody with supervised visitation. I'm asking for that because she has a recent history of DV. She has also denied me access to our child since birth and up until recently refused to establish paternity. She also has a problem with fleeing so I can't serve her. And to the best of my knowledge she is still awaiting trial for a DV charge. She seems to be asking for it because she doesn't want me to have any access. She is accusing me of child abandonment I don't know why. I have never seen my child to be able to abandon her. My ex hates me because she went to jail for DV. And constantly tells me that I don't love my daughter because I put her in jail which is ridiculous. She says I don't have any emotional bonds with my child which is true but again she has denied me access this whole time. And up until recently she wasn't participating in court ,but when there is a chance of the court taking my daughter from her she starts participating. She also is accusing me of "abusive use of conflict" whatever she means by that. She is the one with the history and multiple arrests. Before I decided to go after her for full custody she was in default on a previous order meaning I could have gotten joint 50/50. But I didn't believe she would follow that order. And since I'm still being denied access now you could assume as much. She wants her boyfriend who is a felon for assault and drug procession he has a total of 3 and is currently in a drug treatment program to supervise visitation. Which is extremely unprofessional to say the least. In my documents I at least have a place that does child visitation. My question is based off of what is provided which is everything for the most part what is the most likely outcome?
