Women are treated better in all aspects of the legal system. For instance, women receive lighter sentences and a higher chance of acquittal, simply for being women.
1. Claims that women are seen as inferior so therefore are protected. That doesn't make sense. If something is "inferior," what's the point of protecting it? No, the fact of the matter is that men are given harsher sentencing because they're seen as flawed, disposable, and expendable. Society doesn't care about them.
The feminist definition of domestic violence has skewed arrest and prosecution philosophies, resulting in having mostly male batterers criminally pursued, and female batterers left alone.
1. Someone's never heard of the Duluth Model, it looks like.
It is legal to circumcise male babies against their will. In some places, laws have been passed which forbid any attempts to make male circumcision illegal. Meanwhile, female circumcision is completely illegal, even though some types of female circumcision are equivalent in harm to male circumcision, and other types (a symbolic prick to draw blood) are non-harmful.

Men are doing worse in all aspects of the educational system, from kindergarten to university.
1. Doesn't understand how this is oppressive against males. Boys are treated as inferior for being naturally more energetic than girls, so they get drugged. It's also been proven that there is an education bias against males.
Men who are falsely accused of rape can have their names published and their lives ruined even if they are not convicted or charged – their accuser is protected and is likely to face no punishment, or a light one.
1. Claims the same applies to women. It clearly doesn't. In fact, many of the things that women do that should be classified as rape aren't. Many try to flip it around to make the woman in question seem like the victim. Women are also much less likely to get falsely accused. In all cases, the man is much less likely to be believed or expect sympathy.
Reproductive rights. Men have none. Simply read this story.
1. Claims men have all their reproductive rights. They don't, as we see examples further in the blog. He tries to twist it on MRAs by saying that they want to control women's rights, as evidenced by nothing and no-one ever.
Parental rights. Men have virtually none. See below.

The majority of homeless are men.
1. There's no real argument. He tries to limit it to culture, but world-wide, most homeless people are men.
Despite men’s need being arguably greater than women, government spending to help women is 10 to 100 times greater than that to help men. That figure is unrelated to medical spending.

Female-owned businesses get free government money for literally no reason other than being a woman (i.e. all other factors are equal, same size of business, same income, etc. etc. but the owner’s gender is different = money or no money.

On some airlines, men were banned from sitting next to kids on airplanes, simply because they were men. Why? Because men are pedophiles, obviously. This ban remains on some airlines, such as Air New Zealand.
1. Claims this is just male entitlement and has nothing to do with gender. Ignores the whole issue of men being seen as potential pedophiles, but women are perfect.
Under a recent federal directive, men are convicted of rape in university campuses if the investigating board finds that the chances they committed the rape are at 50.00001% or greater.

1. Claims it's sexist to women because they're seen as the weaker sex. No, it's sexist to men because they're seen as the disposable sex.

He concludes that MRAs are all about women-hating, even though none of the above was virtually misogynistic.
