This is literally a conspiracy against this guy, Leah is on her own personal cruasade against Scientology, and Masterson is collateral damage.

The LAPD can't press charges because they obviously have no fucking case.

Yeah Leah is an idiot, but to be fair, it does say that the LAPD halted the investigation even with compelling evidence against Danny Masterson. Idk if thats true, but if that is true, then its not just Leah out here on a crusade. I try not to be biased towards either side, but I find it hard to believe that LAPD is withholding evidence in a "me too" case in this social climate. And Leah won't convince me that Danny raped anyone until he is convicted.
