My ex(15) from HS (I was 18) accused me of rape, grooming, extortion, and abuse on social media. In NJ consent is a 4 year grace between the ages of 13-16. I’m trying to find facts to clear my name socially. Whether about 18 year olds in high school not being fully grown adults or clear definitions of these accusations. How do I prove grooming and extortion didn’t happen?
