Legally, she's correct. The police and prosecutors would be all over it if her bruises were combined with an accusation. In college, it doesn't matter. She could say it happened 9 months earlier with nothing but her words and the guy is fucked, bruises or not

A friend of mine got expelled from school in grade 12, he hooked up with this other girl from school at this party and she pretty much did this and told the principal that she was "extremely uncomfortable". So he got expelled. He couldn't graduate and fell a year behind in school because of her and lost out on a few scholarships he'd been offered. He was also called into the police station for questioning. It's disgusting.

and that is why you should record all your sexual encounters, you may get in trouble a bit depending on the state's laws about filming people without their permission, but if you have it on tape that she asked for it rough and you did just that and it was consensual...no lawyer in the world is gonna be able to argue that it was rape.

Legal in Italy last time I checked. Also you could be put a sign that reads the person consents to being recorded if they enter your property. Though that may have its own legal befuddle fucks.

i just hate these people that make fake rape accusations just cause they either regetted having sex, or they did it out of spite or revenge...people like them make it much harder for true rape victims to get justice cause for every 1 girl that makes a false rape accusation, you silence 5 real rape victims cause now everyone will think a real victim is lying.

This sounds incredibly awful. I know you might want to protect yourself against rape accusations, but secretly filming without the other's consent is absolutely horrible. If that's what you think it takes, then you should just avoid sex with one night stands altogether.
