Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's divorce proceedings are moving in an ugly direction. During their custody court date April 19, "Bethenny had her hair slicked back and this attitude: "I'm going to take you for every penny," a Hoppy source tells Hot Stuff. "She was acting cocky." A hurt Hoppy, 42, "left hysterically crying," says the source. Since their December split, Frankel, 41, has been doing her best to get under Hoppy's skin, the source adds, noting that she's refused to leave their $5 million NYC pad and had made it hard for the Skinnyguy founder to spend extra time with daughter Bryn, 3. Others close to Hoppy aren't surprised by her low blows. "She still wears her ring to get public sympathy," one insider says. "She wants him to look bad."
