Common sense my ass. Government should not force medicate a populace. Scary precedence that gives more power to an already over-reaching government.

In this case there was a dispute between the parents. Hard to judge, but jailing her is not justice at all. It's wrong for any gender to get jailed for something like this. Poor woman.
