Gender equality conversations are in need of male perspectives. Not all men's perspectives are feminist, and feminism doesn't have a monopoly on gender equality. With feminism, men are forced to adopt anti male beliefs without having a voice to complain or object. Feminism has succeeded in silencing pro male voices. Look at how feminists treated Karen Straughn, Warren Farrell, and many other men's activists. They protest against the ability for pro male activists to speak at all. Feminist apologists have a tendency to leave facts like that out of the discussion. The discussion of sexism is similarly one sided, only sexism against women is considered and discussed, while sexism against men is downplayed, and any attempts to discuss it are dismissed. If you are so tolerant, why prevent men and male advocates from having a voice at all? Feminists will say that men need to support each other, but why shut down men's rights conferences and presentations at colleges and university? It's an example of doublespeak, saying one thing and doing something else. The attempts to shut down men's rights presentations is an act of misandry and hatred for men and boys, flat out. The conversation must remain one sided and sexist against men, because it causes "discomfort" when men have a voice too.
