I'm not sure how you got those results. I googled the same thing, went to news, and the first three results were an article suggesting there should be a day dedicated to parents that lost their kids, one saying the best gifts to get for a father that likes to cook, and one showing tweets comparing the different expectations between Mother's Day and Father's Day.

It looks like some regional thing Google's doing. The link shows me the first two results from your picture with an entry about the best places in NYC to go to eat for Father's day, then the last two are nowhere to be seen.
Like I said, Google does alter their results to be more relevant for the area you're in. It's possible that's what's going on.
