It really looks as though the Obama administration has been setting up an extra-judiciary sentencing circuit to try and circumvent that pesky Justice system. A political police.

Title IX offices being about dogma, they won't ever convict a female. Or maybe they will. Just one, so they can cherrypick her case to demonstrate their 'fairness'. But their system can't be turned against them.

About the only way to fight back I can see is to take matters to real courts as often as possible, and sue Universities into oblivion. Change the meaning of 'student debt'.

It would make sense for American men too: if they can't access higher education, why should anyone?

Once again, Mutual Assured Destruction is a sound doctrine.
