I pay child support and recently learned that my kids mom whom I have zero contact with, switched offices. She works for child support and recently transferred to our current office where our orders are placed out of. I need to know if this is some type of conflict of interest.

I then quit my job 3 days ago and instantly got a letter stating I’m in non compliance with child support yet I just made a payment. When I asked them why I got the letter they stated because I need to update my employer. I haven’t even had time to! I feel like she’s behind this. Can someone please advise.
