Seriously? If you want to help men, start a tax payer slush fund to help men who lost everything in a divorce.

A male support group. You create a Facebook page, a discord server and you invite men to just hang out. Best will be to find a pub/bar with big enough table and you just assemble to drink every week/month.

Part of what makes the MRM difficult is that for men, pursuit of success, pragmatism, strength and achievement is our stereotype.

I'm not sure I even want a movement that accomplishes anything. Sometimes I just want to bitch and feel sorry for myself.

Volunteer at male charities eg prostate cancer, spread the word. Support the events that happen, they don't get much coverage, but if there is a talk, go to it, flyer for it. If there is a rally eg for intactivism go and support it

You are starting a movement because YOU are tired of it all and you also want to be selective in what you do so you don't "chip your mani"?

I don't have words for my emotions right now.

It's not about you when you are supposed to be campaigning for men.

Perhaps you would be better suited to spreading the word about diversity instead as it affects everyone. Concepts of man, woman, lesbian, gay, bi, etc are only discrete points on a much broader spectrum of diversity where everyone must have the same rights because there can be no distinction between them, there is only diversity. Look to the fundamental rights that affect everyone, not one single point out of many as that will help us all.
