Man and woman with similar incomes. No children. House owned outright. In a situation like this I would expect a fair deal for the man and woman by the judge. From what I understand, it is when the children are involved or huge disparity of income that results in the judge screwing the male.

Also, I read here that prenups are routinely thrown out.... Is that because the prenup isn't written to state guidelines? For instance, I know donald trumps prenups all were upheld.
