Get a good night's rest. There's probably nothing else you can do before tomorrow morning.

As for tomorrow, make sure you understand the purpose of why you're there and stay on topic.
Most commonly: whatever issues there may be between you and your ex are not issues between the kids and their parents. E.g., proof of your ex being an abusive piece of shit to you shows she's a bad spouse, but not necessarily that she's a bad mother.

Things are shit right now and the system is probably against you. However, you MUST be strong for your kids! They need you now more than ever. Men have a inner pool of strength that mostly remains untapped...dig deep. Lastly, remember that without fear there can be no courage. Dominate the session and let us know about it later today. Even if doesn't go your way, just come back and tell us about it...we're hear to listen...there's no need to go this alone.

Alright guys. It went surprisingly well. She didn't seem to lean too far towards her or me. Made some good suggestions and has some ideas for my wife. Pretty sure my wife isn't going to take any of them but hey, maybe coming from a norther person she will.

Not sure how it's going to go in the next session though because that one will be me and the wife.
