I had a female coworker (let’s call her Pam) who thought men are lazy and openly expressed such views in the workplace (along with racist attitudes). Ironically, the laziest person on the team ended up being another woman! Pam ended up reporting another female coworker for not doing her job duties but interestingly, gender wasn’t an issue. Had the offender been a man, she would’ve been sure to mention it. Later, Pam tried to dump her work on me. I presume it’s because women are so hard working, therefore they feel entitled to have men do their work for them (irony notwithstanding). But I simply gave her work back to her and she just accepted it and pretended nothing happened, like the coward she is.

I was puzzled as to what her boyfriend even sees in her and couldn’t think of why. I thought about it for a long while before it finally clicked. Unfortunately, most ordinary men will gladly overlook any of a woman’s faults in pursuit of it. We all know what it is.
