I work in a legal office (no, IANAL) and I often hear attorneys refer to male rape cases in which the perpetrator sat down on the man's penis instead of raping him in the "traditional" way as "pineapple upside-down rape." I understand that this is used pretty widely in the legal world. How do we feel about this? Can you imagine a similar phrase being used on female rape cases? Would a lawyer run the risk of being disbarred, if it was found out that they spoke about female clients trauma this way?
