"Lewd noises and gestures" apparently add up to "a sex attack." And the footage doesn't even show the guy doing those things. For all we know she harassed him and when he told her to get lost she got pissed off. Frankly, he should have hit her with the helmet -- that's what helmets are for, after all.

I want to know exactly what the guy did? Without knowing that, I can't have much of an opinion on whether this is justified.

It is revenge-ism. This time it was a mangina and she got lucky. Either way, she needs to be charged with assault to dissuade against vigilantism. As her actions will only reinforce foolish notions, that will result in other women getting hurt if they try to mimic her antics.
