Look, I see a lot of ya’ll here struggling with; for example but not just; high work-achievement pressures, dating issues, low-testosterone, emotional stress/ anxiety, unhealthy coping mechanisms I.e a life of ”man up, bitch”, social issues, false accusations, etc.

I’ll state for the record: I fortunately don’t experience many of the systematic negatives as some of you do; (serious!) job market isn’t discriminatory eg via quotas, women here aren’t against men just independent, as men we are still valued for our strengths - as women are for theirs, there is no ”men and women are exactly the same” bs going around, and overall I’m primarily in this sub because of social issues; over-feminization, ultra feminism, globalization, etcetera

And I just want to say; while all those issues are 100% worth discussing; I sense a slight imbalance in the sub. So I’ll try to do my part here and balance it out.

I’d say it’s just as, if not more, important to actually do something about it - now that you’ve diagnosed the problem, talked with others about it, and confirmed cause and effect.

Look. If you don’t take action now; outside of the regular -
Meaning doing things you’ve probably never done before, been scared to do, or just avoided intentionally all together - you’ll just be stuck in this loop forever.

This community for me is a place to support each other; but it’s not the support that will change your life - it’s actual change: so put away your phone - leave it at home and go outside

Do the things you’d normally never do. Without judgement; no negatives when shit goes bad, and no extreme hypes, take small victories and build up your integrity.

You meet a woman treating you poorly simply because you have a dick? Do the opposite of what you’d normally do. If you usually go bitter and quiet, approach her and show her some love.

You’d be surprised over who you are, or can be - or about whatever you think you are.

Idn if this post proved any actual value, just spitting thoughts here - point is: you have to take actual action, now. You only have one life and it’s not that long my guy
