My brother in law gave up legal custody of his child very early after his child was born.she didn’t let him know she was pregnant until after the birth and then requested that he have zero contact. Several years later she came back for child support. He has never met this child. My brother in law is a loser but I feel like he is getting taken advantage of. Is this something a lawyer could help out with?
