Some of the responses are pretty awful... "revoke his man card" etc. I think it would be an interesting experiment to wait a few months and then post the same story but reverse the genders and see the kinds of responses that the new post gets.

I do have a bit of cognitive dissonance in the area though, which is why I'm not how I would even answer the OP's question. I don't think the answers to "Do you think this is rape?" and "Do you think this would qualify as rape under the current law if the genders were reversed?" are the same... so it's interesting by itself.
