We all know men have no real reproductive rights so maybe we should make a law that men need to sign a form consenting to a child to be responsible period. Then you can sign it and have it registered before you try for a child or after conception in case of a happy accident. With a clause for lying about parentage of the child to protect the man from being duped.

This might give us a better shot at keeping our finances in our protection not a woman that says "oops your a daddy now". It also incentivizes women getting the paper signed so that they aren't being duped by a man saying he is infertile.

Another add on you could put in is that since women have so many options for b/c and abortion of you choose to keep said child for religious reasons or what not then you get no support from the government unless the church gives you a monthly stipend in which the government can match at a certain percent.

Yes there's still flaws of her tricking him into signing but of you never want kids, never sign.
