You forgot about the County Lines in the UK.

Essentially young boys get abducted by these groups who sell drugs. There is a documentary talking about this but essentially they do the "dirty work" like selling, used as a scape goat, transporting illegal drugs and used as "body gaurds".

This is a massive issue over here and there is unfortunately no solution that is effective enough.
