Natural != good. Cancer is natural. Dying by 30 from malnutrition because your teeth rotted out of your head and now you can't eat is natural. Arsenic is natural.

There are hundreds of shitty, shitty bugs in the design of the human body. Our retinas are in backwards, our kidneys shut down and die if we go into shock briefly, we have allergic reactions that can kill us, and don't get me started on wisdom teeth.

These 'features' evolved in not because they were in any way a good idea, but because they were the first patch that improved something else, or that just happened to result in more genes getting passed on, regardless of the suffering caused to the individual organism.

Just because something is there, doesn't mean it's beneficial in the slightest.
