here are a few. I'd love to have a list of groups by issue.

national coalition for men: wide platform mens rights, most recent notable activity: suing department of defense for requiring only men to sign up for the draft.

national parents organization: the most effective activist group I am aware of working for the rights of fathers to be included in their childrens lives. They've also done some work to help protect men in paternity fraud cases.

Earl Silverman Center: Men's Rights Edmonton is continuing Earl Silvermans work in trying to keep a shelter for abused men in edmonton.

edit It occurs to me that I missed two other good ones:

The Foundation of Individual Rights in Education this is probably the most effective group working on issues imposed by recent title 9 stupidity

Stop Abusive and Violent Environments probably the most effective advocate on domestic violence issues concerning men.
