Irvin himself said at a press conference that it was sexual assault which may have been some of the confusion.

I'm not sure why someone would file charges without evidence though. I wouldn't say that based on the body language of both people in the video something couldn't have been said. Plenty of people don't react if something catches them off guard.

I said hello to someone and they responded with something like "fuck off and die" to which I just laughed. It was so unexpected but that was my go to reaction.

I initially thought that perhaps people should wear body cameras to record all interactions but then I'm like, why should innocent people be forced to do that?

The burden of proof falls to the plaintiff which they don't have any evidence. Without evidence their case should be easily dismissed.

"Michael Irvin was removed from the broadcast teams of ESPN and the NFL Network for the airing of the Super Bowl 57 game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs."

This shows that the allegation did impact Michael Irvin and will probably be used in the lawsuit filled in Arizona against the hotel and the staff member.
