So my girlfriend is 3 months about to be 4 months pregnant. I just came to found out she’s been smoking weed behind my back. She’s already physically struck me on two different occasions. This last time she hit me she said was the reason for her consuming canabis knowingly while pregnant. Honestly I don’t think she’s fit to be a mother if she’s willingly putting our unborn child’s health and livelyhood at risk all because she wants to smoke weed. I have also in the past found cocaine baggies in her pockets while we were trying for our daughter. I’m worried she’a done more than weed at this point and thankfully I have text messages about us talking about each of these situations. Can I call cps ? Is there anything I can do legally to get custody of my child???
