There should be a study on wage gaps in careers with unions that pay on a set schedule. I make more as a nurse than many coworkers because I choose to only work overnights instead of days. I work 40 hours instead of 36 or 32. I pick up overtime, have additional certifications, work through breaks, and will soon be trained for charge and new grad training. All those increase it. But all those are available to anyone that chooses it.

Great project. I didn't really read every word because I'm a lazy fag, but I brushed through its entirety and I kinda understood the gist of it.

Firstly, did you have to bash feminism? Yes, a lot of people who talk about it are feminists but it felt a bit off topic to me.

Second, I think you should've also talked about the "there isn't equal pay for equal work anywhere in the world" rhetoric and how that's false.

And lastly, have you checked out that Norwegian study that showed that women make similar job choices in all cultures? It isn't a very economical argument, but it does dismiss the argument that women make different job choices because patriarchy

Otherwise, great project! Keep it up.
