My ex wife lives in CA with our 4.5 year old son (left when he was an infant), I have been paying Child Support and Alimony at a fixed rate for the last 4 years... I won visitation, and the ability to do Video Calls with him as of August 2017, today while talking to him on Skype he started asking to go outside and play with his "daddy" my ex then came rushing over telling him to "be quite and don't say that"

I know now that I have an argument to get child support and alimony adjusted down, but I have no way to prove cohabitation, or his having another parent/guardian (because they aren't married I would assume) I also cannot provide evidence he said that because CA is a two party consent state when it comes to recording conversations....

what should I do? can't afford a lawyer because I'm being sucked dry by child support and alimony already...
