For 20 years Billy had a GROSS neighbor named Jeff, he called him J.D. for short.

JD threw AWESOME parties, and donated to TONS of cool charities . Even though JD was gross, we all liked him because he spent LOTS of money in the community and told wicked cool stories and stuff.

Then one day Billy found a thumb and some hair in JDs garbage can and he asked JD about it. JD told Billy to keep it between themselves and he paid Billy a LOT of money to be quiet, which he did. JD even got Billy promoted to an AMAZING new job at work!

Yesterday the FBI kicked JDs door in and found lots of HORRIBLE things in his house, like 20 years of BODY PARTS. Ewwwwww.

After the FBI finished their investigation Billy made a point to stop the FBI agent and tell him EVERYTHING about what he had seen over the past 20 years so they can really lock this creep up.

Billy felt good that he was a hero and that he said something.
