My case was in Court again Thursday. The attorneys and the gal did a pretrial by phone. The ex’s attorney accused me of being a racist for wanting my kid in the school district where I live opposed the poorly performing district he attends. “Dog whistle “. Then I was accused of being a drug addict because I missed a parenting day due to being in the urgent care with a fractured patella. Even though my ex failed the court ordered drug test last year. So now I’ve been accused of that as well as being a stalker, mentally ill, child molester, child abuser. Well the list goes on and on. Even though I’ve never been arrested or charged or treated for. The unwillingness of my ex to comply with the shared parenting orders has had us in court for two years since I filed my motion. We’ve on been divorced for 5 years. Since then. 10 attorneys. Arrested twice for phony baloney she’s sliced up with the prosecutors on telecommunications harassment for saying things like “whacko nut “ and “crazy person”. Now the magistrate said she is considering sending it to juvenile court. What the hell does that mean?
