I've accepted that — despite my fiercest feminist leanings — the world I live in is a world of men who think they own and can control public space.

Is it just me, or shouldn't this read "because of my feminist leanings"? Poorly written, stale ideas rehashed in a half-hearted attempt to meet a deadline. Move along, nothing to see here. Hang on!

Nobody fucking says 'boys will be boys' anymore. Especially not in regards to shootings. This toxic female doesn't know shit about men or boys. But that won't stop her from spreading her lies and misinformation in an attempt to further de-humanize us.

Rodger claimed he would “punish” young women for rejecting him and never giving him a chance.

This is often the leading feminist argument towards toxic masculinity and they bring up Elliot Rodger a lot as some kind of demented "standard" for guys.

Here's the thing. Elliot Rodger was an asshole who definitely needed help, and it's hard to argue that he wasn't misogynistic. What he did was selfish and despicable, and no one can fight that.

But when he says rejecting or not giving him a chance, no one ever questions exactly how people would act towards him before he got hold of a gun. I can say first hand that girls can be fucking vicious towards guys they deem creepy, especially towards guys who are interested in them. Guys who "have a chance" can be just as bad as the girls they have chances with, especially if they also like the girls.

Was he humiliated? Harassed? Beaten up? These are things that I can see -if prolonged and systematic- driving anyone, male or female, to thinking that killing people is a way out. It is more atrocious than right, but that's what people might believe.

Furthermore, just how clear was it that the only reason he felt jilted was because he "wanted sex"? Of course if that was his reasoning then he's an awful person, but "not giving him a chance" could simply mean not allowing him any conversation at all. Couple that with girls believing that all guys want in a relationship is sex (some do, many don't), and you have a strawman.

EDIT: To clarify, I haven't read his manifesto, nor do I want to, but if any info conflicts with what I've said then by all means I will retract or change things.
