Is giving a woman an upvote a disservice to her?

If a vain woman (or man tbh) is all over social media and producing content do you think you are doing a disservice to them by giving upvotes?

I feel like since those kind of people get off so much on (positive) parasocial engagement that if you upvote them once, and then never go back you are actually doing them harm because they are so concerned about their social media persona, which will likely plateau or decline as a result (the ebb and flow of interest if you will)?

Unfortunately its probably not even a rounding error compared to simps and fans; makes me curious though.
